Preliminary analysis and cost estimation
In this phase, we work to understand and analyze the projects that are discussed in close contact with designers, architects and the end customer. The feasibility study allows us to evaluate which are the best possible solutions, together with an accurate costs analysis in order to formulate the offer in compliance with the budget.
The project management
As managers, our team oversees each phase of the project in close collaboration with architects, designers, craftsmen and technicians to ensure that the final result is in line with the client’s expectations.
Our technical department does on-site surveying, schedules the activities, assists suppliers, carries out reports, coordinates the delivery and assembly of materials in compliance with the deadlines.
Engineering
Our support in this delicate and complex activity includes feasibility study, that takes into account all the initial technical-construction specifications, detailed executive design, 3D prints creation, search for the most suitable and reliable suppliers and careful and continuous supervision in prototypes and final products realization, ensuring a flawless result.
Manufacturing
Over the years we have selected the most valid and reliable craftsmen, such as: plasterers, carpenters, metallists, upholsterers, marble workers; having built up a relationship of trust with them, allows us to guarantee high-quality standards and adequate costs. The ability to combine the latest technologies with artisanal excellence allows us to create unique furnishings and accessories.
Logistics and installation
For transport and delivery, we rely on trusted partners with whom we plan activities to respect deadlines. We check the installation operations that are carried out by specialized teams selected by us and tested over time, able to solve any unexpected problems on-site, to ensure the best final result in this important phase of the project.
